TRT Dosage Calculator: Testosterone mg to mL
Calculate testosterone injection volume from your prescribed weekly dose and vial concentration. This free TRT / HRT calculator converts mg to mL and divides your weekly total into 1, 2 or 3 equal injections, as prescribed.

Draw to 0.500 mL on the selected syringe.
Calculation only: volume = prescribed dose ÷ concentration. Results are shown directly in mL for standard 1 mL and 3 mL syringes. Verify the medication label, syringe markings and prescribed dose before use. This tool does not recommend a hormone dose or treatment plan. Disclaimer · Methodology
How to use the TRT dosage calculator
Enter the testosterone concentration printed on your vial in mg/mL, your prescribed total weekly dose in mg, and your prescribed number of injections per week. Choose 1, 2 or 3 equal injections to see the milligrams and millilitres per injection. The calculator converts an existing prescription; it does not choose a dose or schedule.
Testosterone mg to mL: the formula
mL per injection = weekly dose in mg ÷ injections per week ÷ concentration in mg/mL. Milligrams measure the amount of testosterone; millilitres measure liquid volume. A label reading 200 mg/mL means each 1 mL contains 200 mg. It does not tell you how much to use.
Does this work for testosterone cypionate or enanthate?
The same mg-to-mL arithmetic applies when the product label gives its concentration in mg/mL. Select 100, 200 or 250 mg/mL, or choose Other for the exact concentration on your label. The tool does not compare formulations or decide whether a product or route is appropriate.
What changes with twice-weekly or three-times-weekly splits?
The weekly total stays the same. Selecting 2 divides that total into two equal amounts; selecting 3 divides it into three. Each amount is then divided by the vial concentration. Use only the frequency specified in your prescription.
Are mL the same as insulin syringe units?
No. This TRT calculator displays mL on a 1 mL or 3 mL syringe scale. U-100 markings represent 100 units per mL; they are not milligrams of testosterone. Use the mL to U-100 syringe units converter only after confirming the syringe type and calculated volume.
