FORMULAS & ASSUMPTIONS

How peptide, TRT and HGH calculations work

Every result starts with the values you enter. These formulas describe arithmetic, not recommended amounts or preparation instructions.

Peptide reconstitution: mg, mcg and syringe units

Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mass (mg) ÷ solution volume (mL). Convert a target entered in mcg to mg by dividing by 1,000. Target volume (mL) = target mass (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL).

U-100 syringe markings = volume (mL) × 100. Targets per vial = vial mass ÷ target mass, using the same units.

Blend mode

The selected reference component determines the volume. Reference concentration = reference component mass ÷ solution volume. Volume = reference target mass ÷ reference concentration. Each other component amount = that component’s concentration × the same volume.

Changing the reference component changes the basis of the calculation. It does not change the composition entered for the vial.

HGH calculator: IU to mL

Concentration (IU/mL) = vial IU ÷ solution volume (mL). Target volume (mL) = target IU ÷ concentration (IU/mL). IU per U-100 syringe unit = concentration ÷ 100.

International units and syringe units are different quantities. No universal IU-to-mg conversion is used.

TRT / HRT calculator: testosterone mg to mL

Per-injection amount (mg) = entered prescribed weekly amount (mg) ÷ selected injection count (1, 2 or 3). Per-injection volume (mL) = per-injection amount (mg) ÷ vial concentration (mg/mL).

The split is selected by the user. The tool does not decide the number or timing of injections.

Assumptions and display limits

Try the peptide reconstitution calculator, TRT dosage calculator or HGH IU calculator with your own values.

Concentration calculations assume a uniform solution and treat the entered solution volume as the final volume. The tools cannot verify the vial label or real final volume. Results use the entered numbers; displayed values are rounded and visual scales are illustrations.

A result exceeding syringe capacity cannot fit on the selected scale. A value below the available syringe markings may not be measurable with that syringe. These calculations do not establish suitability for use.
