What is the total volume of your syringe?
Select peptide vial amount
Enter the amount of each peptide in the vial. The target amount below will be based on the selected reference component, and the result will show every component delivered in the same draw.
How much bacteriostatic water are you adding?

Educational calculation tool only. U-100 insulin syringes are scaled at 100 units per mL. This calculator performs arithmetic from values you enter and does not provide treatment or dosing recommendations. Disclaimer · Methodology
How to calculate peptide concentration and syringe units
Divide the vial amount in mg by the solution volume in mL to get mg/mL. Convert a target amount in mcg to mg by dividing by 1,000, then divide by the concentration to get mL. Multiply mL by 100 for U-100 syringe units.
How does the peptide blend calculator work?
Open the dedicated peptide blend calculator to enter each component separately and see a worked example.
Single mode calculates one peptide. Blend mode uses the amount of each component and a reference component you choose, then shows how much of every component is in the same volume. It calculates an existing blend; it does not recommend mixing compounds or selecting a dose. Follow the worked peptide blend calculation example to see how the reference component determines each amount.
Need a testosterone or HGH calculator?
Use the TRT dosage calculator for testosterone mg to mL with your prescribed weekly total and 1, 2 or 3 equal injections. Use the HGH calculator for IU to mL and syringe units when your vial is labelled in international units. HGH IU and U-100 syringe units are different measurements.
For more context, read the peptide reconstitution and storage guide and calculation methodology. All tools calculate values you enter; they do not choose a dose, diluent or treatment plan.
