What is the total volume of your syringe?
Enter blend composition
Enter the amount of each peptide in the vial. The target amount below will be based on the selected reference component, and the result will show every component delivered in the same draw.
What is the final solution volume?

How to use the peptide blend calculator
- Enter the mass of each component in the vial separately, in milligrams. You can add up to four components.
- Enter the final solution volume in mL. The calculator does not choose a diluent or mixing volume.
- Select the reference component that your target amount refers to.
- Enter that component’s target in mcg or mg. Read the calculated mL, U-100 syringe marking and the amount of each other component in the same draw.
The example values are included to demonstrate the arithmetic. Replace them with the values you intend to calculate.
Worked example: 10 mg of A and 5 mg of B in 2 mL
Component A has a concentration of 5 mg/mL and component B has a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL. A target of 500 mcg of A is 0.5 mg, so the required volume is 0.5 ÷ 5 = 0.10 mL. On a U-100 syringe, that is 10 units.
The same 0.10 mL contains 250 mcg of B. The combined mass in the draw is 750 mcg. These are example calculations, not recommended amounts or a recommendation to combine compounds.
Is the target for one component or the whole blend?
This calculator uses a target for one selected reference component. A target of 500 mcg of A is different from 500 mcg of the combined blend. Entering the vial’s combined mass as though it were all one component produces the wrong concentration for that component.
A draw keeps the entered component ratio fixed. Changing the draw volume changes all component amounts together; it cannot independently adjust one component.
What if the label only gives a combined total?
You need each component’s mass to calculate its individual concentration. A combined total alone does not identify the composition. Check the component breakdown before entering values.
Are U-100 units the same as mcg or IU?
U-100 syringe units measure volume: 100 units = 1 mL. Milligrams and micrograms measure mass. International units (IU) are a separate quantity. Read mg, mcg, mL and syringe units explained for examples.
Check the result and the assumptions
Multiply each component’s concentration by the displayed volume to check its amount. The calculation assumes a uniform solution and treats your entered solution volume as the final volume. It does not establish compatibility, stability, preparation instructions or suitability for use.
The volume scale is an illustration, and results are rounded for display. If a warning says the volume exceeds the selected syringe capacity, verify your inputs and capacity. A small displayed result may be below the markings available on your device.
